How Basic Hourly is estimated: Time starts when movers arrive at your pickup location and ends when the last item is placed at the destination. White Glove and Red Glove skip the variability entirely — you get one flat number before we leave. Additional fees on Basic Hourly: flat $175 truck fee + $35 materials fee + $1.29 per mile, 3-hour minimum. All rates disclosed before your move begins.

Book as soon as your closing date is confirmed. From May through September, Collegiate Power Movers recommends booking two to three weeks ahead, and earlier for the end or start of a month. From October through April, about a week is usually enough.
White Glove and Red Glove moves are flat quotes that do not change once the move starts. Basic Hourly is $75 per hour per mover, plus a $175 truck fee, a $35 materials fee, and $1.29 per mile, with a 3-hour minimum, so the smallest hourly move is about $660 plus mileage.
