1.Sponsor

This giveaway ("Giveaway") is sponsored by Collegiate Power Movers ("CPM," "Sponsor"), MN DOT #385610, a licensed moving company operating in Minnesota. Contact: 651-867-4214 / cpmtransport@collegiatepowermovers.com.

2.Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins September 22, 2026 at 12:00 AM CT and ends December 20, 2026 at 11:59 PM CT ("Entry Period"). Entries received, postmarked, or submitted outside this window will not be counted.

3.Eligibility

Open to legal residents of Minnesota who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings) or household members of Sponsor and its owners are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

4.Prize

One (1) grand prize winner will receive the following prize package:

• One (1) Breville Barista Express espresso machine — Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $700
• One (1) outdoor pizza oven — ARV: $500
• One (1) 85-inch television — ARV: $850

Total ARV of the prize package: $2,050. ARV is Sponsor's good-faith estimate as of the Entry Period start date; actual retail prices may vary. The prize package is awarded as-is, non-transferable, with no cash substitution, except Sponsor may substitute any component of equal or greater value if it becomes unavailable.

5.How to Enter — Three Equal Methods (No Purchase Necessary)

A person may combine methods (e.g., one mail-in entry, one or two social entries, and any paid entries earned from a booked move). Method A earns one (1) entry per $100 spent, up to sixty-one (61) entries per person; Method B earns one (1) entry; Method C earns thirty (30) entries per qualifying completion, up to two (2) completions per person. The per-method limits above apply to each method individually, not to total entries across methods. Every entry, regardless of method or point value, is drawn from the same combined pool using the same random process.

6.Fraud, Duplicate Accounts & Entry Integrity

Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who submits multiple entries under different names, emails, or social accounts for the same free method; uses a false identity, bot, script, or third-party service to generate entries; or otherwise manipulates the entry process. Sponsor's determination of entry validity is final. Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

7.Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received across all methods combined during the Entry Period.

8.Winner Selection & Notification

All eligible entries are assigned sequential Global Entry Numbers in Sponsor's master entry log. On or around December 21, 2026, Sponsor will conduct one (1) random drawing, using a documented random number generator (e.g., random.org's List Randomizer), to select the single grand-prize winner from the full combined entry pool. The drawing will be conducted by a Sponsor representative in the presence of at least one adult witness who is not a participant, and the process will be documented in writing and retained for at least 90 days. The winner will be notified by phone or email within 5 business days and must respond within 7 days, or an alternate winner will be drawn the same way and the original winner forfeits all rights to the prize.

9.Verification & Forfeiture

Before receiving the prize, the winner must sign an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, and (where lawful) a publicity release, and complete IRS Form W-9, and return them within 7 days of receipt. Failure to do so, inability of Sponsor to reach the winner after reasonable attempts, refusal of the prize, or discovery that the winner is ineligible results in forfeiture, and Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

10.Taxes

The prize package (ARV $2,050) exceeds $600, so Sponsor will issue the winner a Form 1099-MISC (Box 3, "Other Income") and file a corresponding copy with the IRS. The winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, and must provide requested tax information (W-9) as a condition of receiving the prize.

11.No Warranty

The prize is provided "as is" with no warranty from Sponsor. Any manufacturer's warranty is between the winner and the manufacturer only.

12.Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants release Sponsor, its owners, and employees from liability related to participation in the Giveaway, entry submission, or receipt/use of the prize. Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or illegible entries, or for any malfunction of mail, phone, network, or social media platforms affecting entry or notification.

13.Force Majeure / Right to Modify

Sponsor may cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failure, or any cause beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs its administration or integrity. In such event, Sponsor may select a winner from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the point of the impairing event.

14.Publicity

Except where prohibited, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner's consent for Sponsor to use their name, city of residence, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

15.Privacy

Information collected is used only to administer this Giveaway and for CPM's ordinary business communications, and will not be sold to third parties.

16.Platform Disclaimer

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram. Information you provide is provided to Collegiate Power Movers only, not to Meta.

17.Governing Law & Disputes

This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota. Any dispute arising from this Giveaway will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Minnesota, and each participant waives any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.

18.Severability

If any provision of these Official Rules is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.

19.Entire Agreement

These Official Rules constitute the entire agreement between entrants and Sponsor regarding the Giveaway and supersede any prior communications.
