Moving Specialists and Sales Representatives are hiring across the Twin Cities metro right now. Crew Lead is filled from within.
Moving Specialist
You're the crew. Loading, wrapping furniture, driving the truck, and making sure every move goes as smoothly as the client expects. We'll train you on the CPM standard. You bring the work ethic.
Crew Lead
Crew Leads run the walkthrough, manage the crew on-site, and are the single point of contact for the client on move day. This role is filled through our internal training program, not hired from outside.
Sales Representative
Handle inbound leads, quote jobs, and help close the business that keeps our crews working. Base pay plus commission on every job you bring in, with a clear path to grow as CPM grows.
