Fragile items are individually wrapped in packing paper or bubble wrap. Furniture is covered in moving blankets and sealed with shrink wrap.

Pack with Intention
Boxes are packed by room and by weight — heavy on the bottom, fragile on top, with no wasted space and no risk of shifting during the move.

How much do professional packers cost in the Twin Cities?+
Packing is $70 per packer, per hour: $140/hr for 2 packers, $210/hr for 3, and $280/hr for 4, with a 2-hour minimum. Materials are quoted up front based on your home size and what's actually used. There are no hidden fees. Full packing and unpacking is also included in a flat-rate White Glove move.
Do you provide the packing materials?+
Yes. All packing materials — boxes, packing paper, bubble wrap, moving blankets, shrink wrap, and specialty packaging — are brought by our team. Materials are charged based on the size of your home and quantity actually used. We provide an upfront estimate so you're never surprised.
How far in advance should I book?+
Book 2 to 3 weeks ahead from May through September, and about a week ahead from October through April. Packing usually happens the day before or the morning of your move, depending on the size of your home.
Can you pack just certain rooms or items?+
Absolutely. Partial packing is one of our most common requests. Many clients handle most packing themselves but need help with the kitchen, artwork, or fragile items specifically.
Is packing done on the same day as the move?+
For smaller moves, yes. For larger homes, we may do a packing day before your move date so the crew can focus entirely on the move itself on moving day.
Do you unpack at the new home too?+
Yes — unpacking is available as an add-on service. We unpack boxes, place items in the rooms you direct, and remove all packing materials so your new home is ready immediately.
What items can't be packed by CPM?+
We cannot pack hazardous materials including propane tanks, chemicals, flammable liquids, firearms, or ammunition. Cash, jewelry, and important documents should travel with you directly.
